Plum Porter is such a popular pint at all our pubs......I know it is sacrilege, but I quite like it in shandy form too!

A pub that has a great selection of drinks, new and different things, without being pretentious as many city pubs have become. It's affordable and has a really nice atmosphere, the various floors and the beer garden are cool.

What else to do when it snows across the whole country. Go to the pub and drink some real ale. Busy but we managed to find a seat. Great selection of ale, well kept and served by friendly staff. Always enjoyed visiting this pub

What an excellent idea...we will take the suggestion up with Nigel. Wellie is getting on now, and can only manage cameo pub cat appearances these days!
