The UK's third smallest Cathedral, but truly stunning and the only green space within the city. Designed in a fine English Baroque style, this elegant Cathedral is decorated with four stained glass windows by Pre-Raphaelite artist, Edward Burne-Jones. Daily services and prayer, Cathedral shop open most days. All are welcome.

Not a large cathedral compared to other cities but a really nice place in a pleasant city square. Amazing windows throughout and well worth a visit.

A wonderful experience. The coloured leaded windows outstanding. Guided tour. Able to light a memorial candle if so wish. Was allowed to approach the front area and take a photograph.

We were taken to see the Cathedral when visiting friends in Birmingham. The Burne-Jones windows are absolutely beautiful, especially when you look closely at the detail, but the cathedral itself is well worth seeing.

Visited Birmingham Cathedral as part of visiting every Cathedral in England. The windows are excellent and are worth visiting just to see them.

Definitely worth a visit. Nice grounds with lots of benches to sit outside when the sun shines. The cathedral is located in a square surrounded by amenities. The odd undesirable sitting in the gardens but don’t let that put you off.

This cathedral was not built as a church which explains its very unusual interior with hefty marble(?) columns. The main draw though is probably the Burne-Jones pained/stained glass windows. They are stunning - very intricate

Lovely cathedral although small in comparison to the size of the city. Often cathedrals are good to walk around for a bit of quiet but this one is surrounded by offices and shops and therefore lots of people.

As well as being a beautiful cathedral to visit, especially with its Burne-Jones windows, there is currently a small exhibition of mainly contemporary icons, including several partly completed ones which demonstrate the complexity of icon writing. Well worth visiting.
