This was my second time and I enjoyed it as much as the first time. The views from the top are worth every careful step up the many stairs. They also offer small-seating movies during warmer times of the year, which would be really fun.

Visits to the Castle are self-led, however we do run occasional guided tours, e.g. as part of Heritage Open Days. Please do keep an eye on our website's What's On page.
