Visited during the Woodbridge Regatta which was surprising free so we left a generous donation. Great for all the family. Buttons to press, film to watch and lots of historical facts relating to the mill and soundtrack stories of the milling staff and its history....More

It is worth checking the website to see when they will be turning/milling as this is tide dependent. Luckily we did this at the start of our holiday in the area as the tides would have been outside opening times for much of our week....More

visited here whilst on holiday unlike most mills which are powered by flowing river water this one is tidal powered by sea water which is trapped when the tide comes in.Dating back to the 1100s this place is lovingly restored and still mills flour!!I bought...More

We decided whilst in the Area this was a 'must see' run by volunteers from the trust it was very informative and fascinating. We paid by GiftAid which allows you to revisit anytime within the year.

Went to visit Tide Mill living museum. Received very warm welcome from the gentleman behind the counter. He also took us on little walk outside the mill. We then had enough time to explore the rest of it ourselves. Everything is beautifully prepared for visitors...More

Wonderful to see the ingenuity of the people who originally built this honoured by the wonderful folk who have restored this gem and operate it! It should be compulsory for every politician and school child to visit!
