This is an absolute must! Woodbridge is a great little area. The museum was closed but a kind gentleman allowed me access and was most informative and enthusiastic. Wonderful photographic opportunity from the windows and outside to the estuary. Very educational and well documented throughout....More

We arrived when the were milling flour and about to start the tide mill. The staff are incredibly helpful and gave us a good explanation of what they were doing. The exhibition inside the mill is excellent.

The only tide mill in England still milling its own flour, this living museum effectively brings to life how things were done before the steam age. The views of the Debs from the mill are outstanding. Children love it, especially when milling is taking place.

It didn't take long to whizz round this mill. There are a few bits and pieces to read and look at. At the back and from the higher levels you can see lovely views of the river and surrounding areas.
