What a gorgeous venue! From the welcome, to the choice of locally sourced drinks and the bar area….& then the auditorium is just amazing…. Like being in your own theatre or a dolls house… loved every second.

We had a lovely visit to the theatre to watch the annual pantomime. The staff were very friendly. The show was brilliant- really good set, script, costume design and acting. We had a lovely evening as a family and really enjoyed our visit.

Excellent tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the visit very entertaining.
The theatre has a unique heritage. The different classes were kept apart, each with their own entrances and box offices.
Trip is about two hours but the time flew by, we were gripped.

Took a solo visit to watch ‘Jumping The Shark.’ Absolutely loved the show and the theatre experience. So good to see such a beautiful historic theatre running so successfully. Staff were very friendly and even during the interval there was time to purchase refreshments without much of a rush and with enough seating to consume them outside of the theatre itself if necessary. Really good service. The inside of the theatre itself is so beautiful- truly worth seeing. Very historic but not at the expense of comfort. Will be returning to another show when back in town!

Yet again an absolutely fabulous pantomime, lots of laughs and merriment. The only bit that spoilt it for me was I thought the Scottish scene was a little overpowering.

My friend Debbie and I went to the last Saturday night performance and Huzzah's! it was amazing, brilliant and so much fun to watch and join in with.
We could see that the cast were at ease with each other and with the panto storylines too. The plot twist to the traditional Robin Hood story was inspired and gave the panto an unexpected lift and intrigue to the story and proceedings. We loved all the cast's characters, but especially Little Joan's and her buns.

Loved the whole panto. Unexpected plot line, great gags that worked for adults and children and it bowled along at great speed with huge enthusiasm and skill from the cast.

A funtastic panto with a clever twist! All age groups in our party (2- 65yrs) enjoyed the action packed storyline. Loved the '12 days of Christmas'...hilarious! Audience participation and water guns always go down well! Highly recommended in a beautiful venue.

Planning to book for Grease in April. Would all seats in the Pit give good views?
