We did both trips and spent time waiting in bus stops not quite what we thought we had paid for. Didn’t enjoy the recorded information and the ear pieces were uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

The bus tour is about 50 minutes long, and quite expensive (£16 pp). The trip would be half this time if it were not for the heavy traffic congestion and numerous road works! Running auto commentary was ok. There had been a shower an hour or so before we got on the open top bus so the seats were wet! (Not in the drivers remit to wipe them down no doubt!!). Overall.....rather an expensive experience!

A little pricey but we only nad one day and this was the easiest way to see everything and not worry sbout navigating ourselves around. Driver was excellent and added extra tidbits of information not on the commentary. Also very helpful with directions when getting off the bus. These tours are not for everyone but I like them and enjoyed the experience.

I went on a coach trip fr the city of Derby to the city of Bath in Somerset. The weather was mixed - sun rain and wind. I had not visited Bath since the 1990s. so a returned visit was required. When i arrived i decided to go a red bus in and around the city. It cost £ 13.50p for a o.a.p and took about 1 hour. there was a commentary. Quite good. After the tour i went to the abbey and a look in the Roman bath. This was expensive around £18.00 After time for a coffee and some shopping. Day done and then home. Day was long and tiring

Bath is such a beautiful place with all its Georgian architecture. Although shocked to see within such a wealthy area so many homeless people. Roman baths impressive, busy(as expected) but so expensive £18 per person although we did get a 10% discount from our ticket from the BIG BUS TOUR a Hop on hop off bus which again cost a fortune - The tour guide, no doubt knew his stuff but was extremely loud and irritating - I wouldn't recommend. Better to see Bath on foot. Found a lovely steak restaurant "The Herd" well worth a visit. Bath is Beautiful - just avoid the Big Bus Tour.
