Really loved this church we were made truely welcome our dogs were invited in .I sat with the dogs listening to the singers rehearsing while my husband went up the tower .He said magnificent views from the top. Couldn't have been made more welcome.

We always visit churches whilst we’re away and we were so impressed that dogs are welcome (usually one of us has to wait outside and we do a relay) even though we’d hadn’t brought winnie with us. The church is exquisite and it’s clear it’s...More

I am not religious but enjoyed this church for its dramatic perpendicular gothic arches, beautifully carved medieval misericordia and medieval wall paintings in a room above the porch. The Tudor/ Elizabethan tombs were also stunning. Also the font is 1000 years old! I would not...More

Having visited the castle, to visit the church completes and helps tie up the history of it all. This is a fascinating building full of treasures to explore. The staff were very welcoming and the little shop was very helpful.
