What an absolutely astonishing play 'Waiting for Godot' is and how it stands the test of time. And the Crucible production is perfect in all respects. The cast is first-rate and Lorcan Cranitch as Vladimir is an absolute genius; the finest example of naturalistic acting...More

One of the finest theaters in the country for sure, constantly puts on good shows and is visited by lots of the best touring companies. I would definitely recommend visiting to see a play if you're in or around Sheffield.

I went to see Wizard of Oz and I still can't get over how good it was and how well it was planned out. The cafe is so relaxing as well, just going in for a tea is lovely and peaceful.

A fabulous view from wherever you sit. This theatre has been the home of World Snooker for years, with players loving it's atmosphere. They don't want to leave, and neither will you no matter what show you see.

Unfortunately, we don't have a snooker museum at the Crucible. When the tournament is with us there are snooker related events in the Winter Gardens if you are able to get to any of those during the run of the tournament
