The course was excellent and the instructors were fantastic providing valuable tips on self defence and lots of practical activities and a good introduction into the background of karate.

Attended a three week self defence course with my 13 year old daughter which taught us both some good practical skills that we hope we never have to use but are great to be equipped with. Thank you

A self-defense course with such kind and knowledgeable teachers! They made us feel that all of us could be really efficient in situation ; they were kind, really skillful, and making us feel really comfortable whatever our level/flexibility/skills were ; the atmosphere in general in the course was really nice ; all other teachers not present at the course (because they were giving karate lessons in the other room) were coming at the end of the lesson to talk, answer questions, exchange about the subject.
And best of all, it made me want to take karate lessons, which I have thought in my life without daring it, without thinking I could do that!
At the end of the course, they gave us a voucher for 4 free weeks of karate lessons ; their karate club suits me perfectly because they don't do competition and it is a "soft" karate with every levels mixed.
So of course I will go, and I will go further than the free session because they are a cool bunch of people, and I wouldn't have thought that at 52, I could do some karate!
Go for it, it's worth it!
