Good value visit. 5 if the 7 green houses were viewable although 2 of the sub areas were restricted. The garden plants are limited this time of year but it was still a delight to wander around the site with its lovely river side location.

Lovely, well-kept gardens with lots of interesting plants to see. Unfortunately, the greenhouses were closed which is probably where most of the action is.

A lovely place to visit in the middle of Oxford. Beautiful plants, shrubs and water features, right on the river. We were lucky with the weather and so took a picnic and sat by the water. Tea/coffee was available from a van. Toilets on site. Did my visit the glasshouses, will save that for next time. …

Called by with friends on a sunny day, spent a good hour walking around the gardens and the glasshouses (which were the more interesting). If you like plants or are a botanist then it would be more interesting but overall we weren’t overwhelmed and needed a cafe to sit down in after walking around for an hour.…

Recently l visited the gardens here and you will find a wide range of interesting and beautiful plants throughout the site. I enjoyed wandering around the many glass houses here and l found the exotic section very interesting. If you are visiting Oxford, l would highly recommend a trip here.…
