Visited Goddards 2016 very impressed and enjoyed immensley, return visit today and disappointed to find rooms empty and most of furniture/ ornaments removed, rooms look bare. Mentioned this to NT Guides and they replied we removed furniture etc to make room for more visitors. So...More

Lovely Arts and Crafts house built by the Terrys choclate dynasty. Very nice gardens as well. Parking isnt available on site but parking is nearby and free. Very nicd cream tea

Called to see the chocolate week activities advertised in the local paper. A most interesting talk (and a piece of chocolate orange!) and the chance to have coffee outside in the gardens in glorious sunshine.

An interesting little house with a medium to small garden featuring ponds and flowers, no parking on site but can find some near the racecourse or in a nearby street

Hi Paul No its open to the public at certain days. Check on the National Trust web site. The restaurant is good as well.

Sorry this Goddards house is in York which is about 300 miles from Brighton and would take most of a day to get there. Chipping Norton is also miles away from both Goddards on York and Brighton. A taxi or uber would be very... More

Electric scooters are allowed in the house but there is no lift so only the ground floor is accessible with an electric scooter.
