The tide does come right up to the wall so check tide times before visit. Long sandy beach with rock pools and I managed to find a few fossils.

On cold afternoon we saw people enjoying the beach and why not. In the summer it would be great . A small beach with Donkeys.

Big expanse of lovely clean sand. Great rock pools and opportunities to search for fossils. Remember your bucket and spade. A smashing day out.

Lovely clean breach. When the tide is out you can enjoy a lovely walk to Sandsend. In summer months part of the beach is dog free, however, there is still plenty of beach for dogs to run free. There is a cafe for light refreshments.
