I had to go on my own as the other three chickened out! Sea shanties and commentary about captain cook and local history included. Excellent value for money! Saw next trip from pier and they came back into harbour blasting out ABBA!

This is about a 20 minute trip, and the commentary on the boat is interspersed with sea shanties. A pleasant trip out of the harbour and back, not very long, but quite long enough for our young granddaughters to say they had been on a...More

Nice ship, good half hour trip. Commentary whilst out. No toilets on board. Dog friendly. Helpful staff. Good for photos and views. £3.50 each. Worth it. Music through speakers.

For £3 a head you can't go wrong. A lovely 25 minute trip out of the harbour. Staff are friendly and helpful, there's lots of info about Captain Cook and you get a little "voyage" on a replica Endeavour. Highly recommended - you can't visit...More

A little gem. £3.50 per adult for a half hour trip out of the harbour and back on a replica of James Cook's Endeavour. Fantastic. Sea shanties, a bit of commentary regarding the history of Cook's voyage and friendly operators. Absolute bargain and great fun....More

This is only a short boat ride, and goes out a few times a day, so I think you should be OK to just turn up and book on the day. That way you can pick the best weather day nearer the time.
