Interesting site/monument. Best seen from the river, because it is very near to the Thames, and around some trees. There is a little description on the side.Amazing as a story, but at night it is not lited.

It's free because it was erected on the Victoria Embankment. You just across street to take pictures. It was overlooked by tourist because of its location.
