We had a fantastic time, loved the decor- we went at the weekend and they had a DJ playing some cool tunes - perfect!. I've been in the industry for 15 years and thought the cocktails were " spot on!" Try the smoked cocktails on the menu- they're awsome!!

Visited here on a Friday night with a friend for some cocktails, and i have to say that i was really disappointed. The decor of the bar leaves something to be desired, and definitely falls short when compared to other basement bars in the area. When sampling the cocktails I have to say that i would be incredibly surprised if there was any alcohol in their alcoholic cocktails, and if there is it is certainly watered down. I wouldn't mind so much if the cocktails weren't expensive, but unfortunately even one of the more simple cocktails (a Bramble) seemed to allude the bar men. I definitely won't be returning to this bar, and would strongly advise others to try somewhere else in Central London.

Came here for their 'cocktails and manicures' weekly evening with some friends and had such a great time! The cocktail and manicure were £12 which was great value and a real treat to combine the two! We stayed after for a few more cocktails too, there are some good summer cocktails on the menu. Best of all, it was cool with air con which was a welcome relief from the heat outside!

I booked this bar for pre-dinner cocktails for my "mother hen" party. I never mentioned when booking it was a celebration as knew we were only there for an hour. When we arrived we all ordered their great cocktails, which were two for one. The staff could see there was more of us than the area they had placed us in and were very helpful in finiding us more tbales and chairs. They then bought out a large fishbowl cocktail free of charge. The music was good and the margaritas were delicious - and its always nice to go somewhere were staff are so nice these days!

We -'the mother hens' were out to celebrate the forthcoming wedding of one of our group. The bride chose the Detroit to start the evening off and made a booking well in advance. When we arrived there was a muddle with our table with the result that we couldn't all sit together. The staff were really apologetic and did what they could to help. They then sent over a huge pitcher cocktail with loads of straws for us all. Much appreciated but it would have been better had we all been together The music was good and played at a level that allowed us to talk Cocktails were good and reasonably priced - happy hour - I had a Caipirinha which was good although missing the sugar around the rim of the glass as is the norm in South America.
