Our visit was during tier 2 covid restrictions so it was very quiet and no queues at all. The facility has dealt with COVID very well, and everything was put into place well to ensure social distancing. The actors were really good, and the whole experience was fun and quirky. There were just six of us on the tour due to the attraction being very quiet, but they still made it fun.…

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience but we paid a normal price ticket for a lesser experience. The ride was shut at the end and we were not told this upon booking, we paid regular price and were let down right at the end when we were told it’s shut due to rules surrounding Covid, this was the first time we were made aware of this. Overall it was a good experience but we just wish we had been made aware of this before paying for our ticket, the only thing we were offered was 10% off in the shop. We brought 3 pens which were advertised as get 3 for the price of 2, when we went to pay, we were charged for all 3. We queried this, the lady argued, we took her over to the sign above the pens which was clearly there, she ripped it off in front of us and said “that deal ended yesterday”, not good customer service at all, she wouldn’t let us return the pens either (They were very pricey without the deal). I wouldn’t go back as I feel it is something you only need to experience once.…

Visited with two kids 9& 11 who asked to go for birthday treat . I’ve walked past a hundred times but have never been in . What a great find ! Very engaging in every way ! We all absolutely loved it - actors in every room were fabulous!and the rude at the end topped it off .
