Not as busy as Oxford Street or Regent Street as Bond Street does not have that many shops. However it does have elegant upscale shops, worth a browse even if you are not going to buy.

Bond Street while known for elegant and expensive shops, links Oxford Street to Piccadilly. A favourite shop is the famous delightful Hamley's Toy shop. Explore the small streets and laneways near Bond Street and see unusual sights such as St.Georges in Hanover Square, famous for...More

There are road improvements being made to New Bond Street and when finished this will be an even more exciting pedestrian thoroughfare. There are plenty of interesting (and expensive) shops and other places to visit eg. Sotheby’s. Clearly not a place to take the car....More

Shopping street in London. Shops, bars, restaurants and interesting architecture of this part of the city. A nice place for a tourist walk, even if you do not plan any shopping.

I got off at the Bond Street tube station and spent 15 minutes walked both ways on Bond Street. Also went in Seffridges and walked around the store. It is great people watched and lots of shop windows to look at.

Bond Street and New Bond Street were laid out in the 18th century when this part of Mayfair was developed by Sir Thomas Bond, hence its name. It is now London's premier shopping street for top fashion houses, along with several international art galleries and...More

Not quite as busy as Oxford Street but only just, and because there aren’t the huge stores here which attract the masses. There’s still plenty to browse and spend in though.
