Grand design and elaborate interior. It is possible to go up into the dome, which is highly recommended. Note, that there is a security check to get into the Cathedral, so come early.

Wow, wow and wow! This church is majestic! The BEST church in the world. Beauty and history abound. If you are fit enough, take the stairs to the very top and explore the magnificent views. A MUST DO whilst in London.

We were with a tour so already had tickets! There was s long line for walk up tickets so I’d suggest going early in the day & not on a weekend.

I do not believe there are allocated times, aside from the opening hours. We turned up, and brought a ticket as a spur of the moment thing.
