Victoria Gallery & Museum is housed in the stunning architecture of the University of Liverpool's famous flagship 'redbrick' building. Please note: The gallery & museum are not open on Mondays, but the cafe and gift shop are both available. The Victoria Gallery & Museum does not open at all on bank holiday Mondays and is closed over the Christmas and New Year period.

I am a student at the uni so I see this building every day. It is so beautiful, outside and inside. The top floor museum is super interesting. The cafe is lovely. Must see!

The cafe seems to have the same temperature as outside, not helped by frequent use of the fire escape by (none cafe) staff - not sure why they can't use the normal door. Its very popular and for most the food seems good. I don't...More

Art is personal but the displays did not appeal to us but will to others. Highly glazed brownish tiles and columns make it an impressive interior.

It's quite 'spooky' on Halloween when I visited once for a writers workshop to write spooky stories. Building has historical importance and pleasant cafe that serves hot food on ground floor.More
