We have been receiving great service and authentic tasty Thai food over the last few months. However, today I arrived at my allocated time to pick up our takeaway and had to 20 extra minutes. I wouldn’t normally mind but I noticed a deliveroo type bag that seemed to be getting filled before my order which didn’t seem fair. I hope this doesn’t happen again. I’ve noticed this with a few takeaway businesses recently and they take priority over the local customers which is a real shame. I would ask that you value your local customers as you did before and offer the great service you have given in the past.…

Absolutely love this place! We've eaten in and had many a takeout during lockdown and its some of the tastiest and most authentic Thai food we've had since we returned from Thailand itself. Spring rolls, chicken satay, tom ka gha, chicken panang, massaman and sticky rice all firm favourites in our household.…

Came here for a family meal. I have to say they adhere to social distancing better than most places, which is pleasing. We came on a Saturday when they do Thai food. The chips are the star of the show, I could eat a bucket load of them. However, the meat portions weren’t generous, and the vegetarian tofu wasn’t the greatest. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. There aren’t many Thai places in the area, so if you really fancy Thai then I would recommend this place.…

We had heard that the Thai food served in the Plough was really good so we decided to take the short trip to sample it. If the quality of the food is to be judged by the popularity of the venue the the fact that the Plough's car park was packed speaks volumes. We ordered our drinks from a well stocked bar, including several traditional British ales. We were ushered to our table by members of staff who were attentive and efficient throughout. The menu is reasonably concise, but rammed with Thai classics. We ordered starters of Satay chicken and king prawns which were both delicious and substantial. Our mains consisted of a variety of curries accompanied by rice and a dish of noodles. All were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. We will certainly be returning and I will go as far to say that the Plough will definitely become our new local for a good beer and nosh at a reasonable price. Also I was pleased to see that the entire pub has not been taken over by the restaurant with a popular public bar still being available for locals who are just looking for a pint and gossip.…
