Typical marina with lots of Boats. I found the old boats interesting. There are some pubs & restaurants with good food opposite Princess Quay shopping centre..

Had time on our hands so had a good walk around the area, very pleasant lots to see and take in, Have a look at the old light ship moored up surprising how small it is to do such an important job

I remember this when it was alive with ships and goods trains (Just) Now it is mainly sailing ships of all kinds, spot the railway lines and the train turntables.

Great to stroll around good atmosphere, sit and enjoy a coffee and lunch. Up and comming place to be, a lot has been done here with the revitalised fruit market area. cafe culture almost mediteranean on a hot summers day.

If you want to overlook the marina then the Holiday lnn is perfect, have stayed there twice, there is also a Holiday lnn next to the railway station so be carefull to choose the right one 👍
