We ventured in while waiting for our train back to Sunny Folkestone. Decent ale as usual , luckily for us there was a band on so we missed the first locomotive home !! Great service at the bar which was very busy.

Very welcoming bar staff. Family atmosphere. Live bands most fridays and weekends. Great for young and old alike.

Beer (Speckled Hen) was below average. Landlord overly protective of the dining area early doors; approach with caution..
