It's been a few years since I last went to The Barrels. Very pleased I went again. Beer excellent and service very friendly. A quiet day so was able to read in the bar.

What a proper pub should be. Decent ales and ciders, strongly featuring Wye Valley Brewery's excellent selection. Good outdoor seating. Busy and vibrant, friendly atmosphere and helpful staff.

Bar staff are friendly, without being intrusive, and very helpful. Good range of beers and ciders. Very busy on a Thursday for their quiz night.
