This lovely house (and setting for Poldark) was the venue for a family celebration and we really enjoyed the experience. The tour of the house was interesting and informative and our guide was thoroughly entertaining. The food was very good too.

A friends and I went on a tour of this house and gardens. It's an interesting house in a great location but really nothing unusual for the area. It's reasonably priced at £10 but after nearly two hours of the tour and three more rooms...More

Entertaining 2 hour tour given by Caroline-a member of the family-with the help of 2 spaniels. Historic house with many unique features. Topped of with tea and scones in the ballroom+ black Labrador!
