Beautiful walks to do along the coast or if you’re feeling up for a good up hill trek then there’s that option also. Loved the cliff railway which was surprisingly quicker than I thought it would be. If you plan on going I’d suggest packing...More

We took the kids here and got the little furnicular down. It was a small charge but the kids loved going down in it. The beach itself is not sandy at all. It's very difficult to walk at all on it without hurting your feet....More

Fabulous views and fantastic beach to have fun. Walk along the coastal path to the beach by the Carey Arms, a fabulous little café selling excellent value snacks and coffee and fabulous views

We walked down to beach and enjoyed it very much, nice beach and good restaurants (cafes). We took the cliff railway up again with an interesting view over the beach. Easy to spend a very good, relaxing day here.

Pebble beach and small coastline so quite crowded...but totally family beach which is lovely. There are cafe and restaurant to enjoy. The cliff railway can take you to the beach comfortably which is the best part. Toilets are available

Both Babbacombe and Oddicombe beaches are easily accessible albeit down a precarious twisting, steep hill. Once Down there you have to pay for car parking at £1 for an hour at Babbacombe, Oddicombe is free with very limited parking. Oddicombe beach is stoney but the...More
