Very disappointed, we arrived on a Tuesday and needed to find out local information and they were closed. I volunteer in a Tourist Information Centre in a small town in Devon and we never close from Easter through to October.

It is a tiny information office in the town hall, but here you will get maps, leaflets, and information, to help ensure you get the best out of your visit. The town hall has very interesting architecture too.

A typical tourist information centre which lived up to its billing perfectly. Easy to find (in the town hall) and crammed with many leaflets etc. about the surrounding area. The lady staff member we spoke to was also very friendly and helpful.
