Excellent way to spend the afternoon and a fun way to experience the coastline of the Scillies from a different (and very wet!) angle.

Highlight of the holiday. Matt & the team are very professional and confident in what they do. Excellent route (we went to Praa Sands) that included caves, cracks, arches, stumps, stacks, waves, swells, boulder fields, cliffs... basically a geography field trip where you could jump...More

It was the first time I've done this and I think it was really amazing. You don't need to be particularly fit to do it.It was far more than I expected!

Thanks Matt for a fantastic adrenalin fuelled morning! Had such a great time jumping off rocks, scrambling and swimming off the South coast- thank you! A definite must do for any adrenaline junkies out there (and their slightly nervous partners!)

In quite 'sloppy' conditions, our very knowledgeable and experienced guides Matt, Torrin and Hester led a group of all ages with great care and prowess. Back on dry land, we all walked a little bit taller.

There is a fair bit of swimming involved. You will have lifejackets but, I couldn't advise on your son with any certainty. Sorry.
