We love the exhibit. Our son loved playing with the bottoms and handles. Also enough to interest the adults too and all this for free. You can’t argue with that! Library has a good book section too.

Disappointingly small, yet rich in fine maritime paintings by renowned artists of the genre including Charles Ingram, Freeman, and Hemy. The Council Chambers are graced by a magnificent large Gainsborough which they will show you if you ask. Oh, and the Gallery is free of...More

Large signs outside advertising "Free Entry To Art Gallery".. Thought we would take a look. Glad we hadn't made a special journey. The gallery consists of 3 small rooms and as they were between exhibitions, we were in and out in 5 minutes.

Gallery has 3 quite small rooms and that's it. Took me 10-15 minutes of visit. Nothing special, unfortunately

Something of a disappointment. The pre-raphaelite portrait, and others, shown on their PR info, like the one trip adviser uses were not on show, without any explanation. Amongst their key exhibits, but not there. Would not make a hasty return!

I'd been to Falmouth twice before to find this gallery - its not hidden; just not clearly signed from the main street. It was worth the effort - not a large collection; but well worth seeing - especially the portraits.

Saw exhibition of Cornish faces - puts people into the places. Easy to find gallery, just above main tourist streets and lots to see here. Touring Arts Council exhibition was a bit challenging but good to have variety to see. Friendly welcome and lots of...More
