My fourth visit to Kettle’s Yard and what a delight it remains. It has an atmosphere all of it’s own and the new extension has not damaged it. It’s a must see in Cambrifdge.

Really enjoyed our first visit. Booked the house tour online. Loved the house with such interesting rooms and art. The gallery exhibition was also good. Cafe good too. Went the Punters pub round the corner that has lots of art and good food. Do visit!

Visiting the house is popular and crowded. The guided tours tend to throughput the visitors promptly, but need to in busy holiday periods. So go in off peak times. It’s interesting with eclectic works of art and artefacts. Recommended.

Luckily when we came here it was relatively quiet but not so quiet as to lack a bit of atmosphere. This meant that we could spend as long as we liked in each room; would not recommend it in peak season when you will be...More

When Jim Ede knocked together three workmen's' cottages close to the centre of Cambridge he created one of the most perfect spaces for art in the UK, and possibly the world. His Cambridge home, now a museum/art gallery is his personal collection of stunningly simple...More
