This lake is fun anytime of the year, Its not very far away from town. The lake freezes over a bit in the winter which makes it very nice to look at.

There are many amazing hikes in this area. There are also a few good swimming spots. Maps for the trails are available at the Tourist Office on Joyce

Great spot to bike. We only explored the Blue/Washout trail. So comments are limited to that trail. Family friendly. Little elevation change. Wish we'd had more time to explore other trails.

We love this area and hike there many weekends! Lots of water features, bridges, ponds with frogs in them and all things my boys love! Trails range from 1 (easy) to 4 and even 5 (very hard). Cool and scenic and what's not to love?
