Very beautiful temple in Karur district. Though it is not architecturally important, the deity stands tall! You will not come out this temple atleast twice darshan of Venkataramanaswamy!

Located 3 kms from bus stand on a very big rock the temple is located.Lord Venkateswara is very big god some 10 feet in height,a natural structure on the rock.very powerful.Many people coming from all over India.devasthanam daily conducts abhisekam,kalyana Urchavam.very important temple

This temple is very near to Karur and is huge with rocks and the whole temple is on the mountain with Perumal as part of it Great temple nd and must visit

Thanthonriyamalai is one of the famous temple in karur.its 3 kilometres from karur main bus stand ,3.5 km from railway junction.perumal is the god of thanthonimalai temple.every Saturday is the best day for pray perumal.

thanthoni means naturally got in tamil and the statue grown by increasing its height day by day, then the priest inserted a nail(with hammer) in lord's neck.(to control the growth) lord will be very huge and beautiful.u can go by bus or car from karur...More
