While a simple beach on Lake Ontario, it is right next to CFB Picton Training area where in the 1950's, models of the Avro Arrow were launched to test wing shapes.

A great spot hidden at the southernmost point in Prince Edward County. Walk to numerous rocky beaches, picnic areas and firepits.

Excellent place to watch a sunset! You have to walk from the road to the shoreline but it's worth it. If you have an all terrain vehicle, you can take it closer to the water, otherwise I'd recommend leaving your vehicle at the road area...More

Great walk along the stony lakefront but very difficult to get to. Go to the end of the Army road and you end up turning into what looks like someones backyard to park your car.

We found this place by following other cars and it is somewhat hidden as you need to walk through a grassy path to get to the water. It is not packed as a result and the swimming there was great!
