Nice little park to bring take out food or enjoy an ice cream. The views of the boats, ferries, and surrounding mountains and islands are spectacular. Park is kid friendly with a nice playground as well.

What a beautiful place to spend some time exploring the area. There are some restaurants and shops in town and boat rentals as well. I could never get tired of the views. Hopefully all of the new construction doesn't take a toll on things.

We always like coming here for a walk on the whsrf, people watch, ferry watch and relax, take a boat ride and have a bite to eat.

This is a nice place to sit when waiting for a ferry or a bus. There are paved paths through the park, benches to sit on and lovely views over the water to snow capped mountains in the distance. You can see buses or ferries arriving here and it's a short walk over to the bus stop or ferry terminal once your transport arrives.

On a sunny Sunday afternoon, the park was bursting with children and parents, plus plenty of well mannered dogs and people picnicking. We were early for a ferry and this was a far more pleasnt place to spend our wait time than sitting in our vehicle.

A very small park right on the harbour. You come here for the views which are beautiful. Great place to see all the ferries going to the islands.

Nothing great but if you like to watch the ferries come in and like to walk on the pier it's fine. The Fish House is no longer and it seems they are building a major condo developement.

Horseshoe bay looks like a setting of a Hallmark movie. The park, the bay, the beautiful mountains, the ferry boat waiting to leave.
There is nothing terribly exciting to do, but it was a great place to find, almost by accident, in West Vancouver. It is easy to find, as it is literally where the Trans Canada Highway ends.

We love hanging around here when we are early for a ferry. Grab a glass of wine, bite to eat at one of the local restaurants then walk through the park. On a sunny, Summer day it is GORGEOUS! Small but surrounded by beauty with the marina, mountains, ferries & the gorgeous ocean view !
Have a picnic, bring the family ... this IS a gem of a park space

This trip was my first visit to Horseshoe Bay, which I enjoyed much. We quickly found a parking spot on this Sunday at mid-day, and we walked a block to the water. We were able to view Horseshoe Bay and the ferries coming and going, the docks and the park.

We walked around for a bit, and then we settled for a coffee and cookie. Two hours quickly passed, and we need to head back into town. It was an enjoyable visit.

A nice little town with shops and restaurants.
