Fantastic Hike!!! David was our guide and his passion for this hike and the beginnings of our planet are only out shined but his passion for his children! A kind, incredibly smart, and fun guy to spend the day with. Thanks David!!

The National Park and the Geoscience Foundation both offer guided hikes to the Walcott Quarry that are very similar. We booked the Geoscience hike because their guides are reputed to have greater expertise in paleontology. Our guide was David. The Walcott Quarry and the Iceline...More

Thomas managed a group of 12 women with great skill! We learned a lot and had a fantastic day! Impressive fossils which I found more interesting than those at Walcott Quarry. Steep trail but very doable.
