This is a rigorous and challenging height with an elevation guide of a half mile . Our guide Lida paused frequently for us to catch our breath. However, we ate lunch surrounded by scattered fossils, which thrilled our kids and made it worth the climb.

If you like hiking in beautiful mountains,with a geologist guide, to one of the most important fossil sites in the world than this is the experience for you.

Fantastic Hike!!! David was our guide and his passion for this hike and the beginnings of our planet are only out shined but his passion for his children! A kind, incredibly smart, and fun guy to spend the day with. Thanks David!!
