We drove around for ages looking for a park so my wife & i could go for a walk there is absolutely NO place to park it was a complete waste of time

Right in town there are some very nice trails that seem to be well used by the locals. We actually had a brown bear race across the path which explains why dogs being walked had bells on their collars.

Great shaded by 100 year old 2nd growth conifer forested location with various access points along a few kilometres of it's length. Wide trails with walkers and cyclists . Be aware that this is in a forest and you may be "trolling " for cougars...More

This is a nice little place for a walk - wide well used ex train tracks are easy terrain, lots of smaller paths are available if you would rather.
