This is a great place to walk the trails. Not very long from the park itself. Grassy areas to put your blanket and beach areas to stay for the day. Great photo ops.

Interesting place to take visitors. Something of our local 1st Nations heritage. Possible to take a picnic and enjoy a good view of the lake.

They've done a good job of trying to preserve the petroglyphs but you sort of have to use our imagination. A good reminder of those who were here long before us.

These petroglyphs are easy to see and I loved the juxtaposition of the ancient petroglyphs with people sunning and swimming a few feet away.

Nice short hike to Petroglyphs. Lake was fairly peaceful and quiet. We primarily came to see the Petroglyph panel and enjoyed the quietness of the park as it was middle September in the early morning. Peaceful and the panel is fairly impressive. Lots of petroglyphs...More

Easy hike, free parking, washrooms near by, can see the Mars Bombers across the lake and the petroglyphs are extremely well preserved. Worth a visit.

There is a short (1/2 mile) walk to get o the petroglyphs, you then walk onto a pontoon tethered to the lake shore to see the petroglyphs. Definitely worth the walk.

This is a very interesting historical site, is best viewed later in the day. They are somewhat worn so unless the sun hits them just right they are hard to see.
