Aerial Kiteboarding & Squamish Watersports offers high quality Kiteboarding instruction in groups and through private instruction. Our experienced IKO certified staff will help you progress into an independent and adventurous Kiteboarder / Kitesurfer. We also offer additional water sports and activities such as canoe & kayak rentals, stand up paddle boards (SUPs), jet skis / Sea-Doos, motorboat rentals and boat tours! Located in Howe sound on the sea to ski highway in Squamish, BC. With a satisfaction guarantee, all our clients leave happy and energized.

Booked lesson,was lied to about it being full as i drove to the lesson location,and saw the group not even half full..the staff here would rather not work and lose their jobs then teach people. Guess they don't care about the company income or their own jobs.

Only great things to say about these guys!! We called these guys in a panic late into the evening as we were stranded on the other side of the river due to loosing our Kayak. They came and picked us up within 30 mins (even though they were closing down for the day) AND they even found our Kayak for us!!
Absolute amazing people, extremely professional, and just an over all unreal service. Super thankful to have met these guys!!
You can tell these guys have a passion for water sports. I would highly recommend there services!!

As an avid 15 year-old kiteboarder, I am keen to get better every session. To do this, it is great to have a place with strong and steady wind like Squamish. However, it is even better to have place and staff like Squamish Watersports. Now, I come to Squamish to train with Daniel knowing that every session I will learn skills I cannot learn anywhere else. The staff are not only accommodating, but incredibly knowledgeable about the sport. Whether you are a beginner, an intermediate, or advanced kiteboarder, you will have something to learn and fun to have! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

What an unbelievably awesome experience with Dan and his staff at Squamish Watersports! My two boys and I spent the week doing advanced kiteboarding lessons and upwind drops. Dan's knowledge and his friendly staff made our visit so much fun. We cannot believe how much we learned. And, what a beautiful place to kite! We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Had a lovely time with Antoine for our 3-hour kiteboarding crash course! He laid out the basics for us and made sure we had fun. I personally don't have a lot of experience with water sports but still had a great time. I would highly recommend this to everyone!

It's a new season and once again Aerial Kiteboarding and Squamish Watersports have gone above and beyond my expectations.
This year I'm focusing on expanding my equipment and helping my kids become independent and confident on the water. In the early spring, Charlie at the shop delivered on our exact needs and still remains one of the best resources for my endless questions and intrigues. Well done Charlie!
On our last trip up to the spit, Dan lent his support to me as I worked with my son on getting his confidence together to head out on his own from the low tide sandbar. Dan's coaching within minutes had my son hooting and hollering at his new found freedom and to top it off, got me on the water spontaneously so that I could enjoy a true first session with my boy. Bravo Dan!
You are never just a student with this group but more part of a growing and learning community of water sports enthusiasts.

Ariel Kiteboarding is an AMAZING company. All the staff (office people, instructors and owner) are super nice. They greet you when you get there and help you right away.
I have done many upwind drops and have ha the best experience with them. When you think you're all prepared and have everything, the instructors come even more prepared as in my instance. (I had a 9m and really needed a 12m and they brought it)
The staff work together to give you the best experience.
When you do an upwind drop, it's not just an upwind drop. They REALLY take care of you.
So thank you to all who work there :)

We had THE WORST experience with this rental company yesterday!! They first refused to honor a credit with them for kyak rentals. After showing them screen shots of our purchase they honored it.
Then the lady who attended to us at the beginning of the afternoon was so rude - even when we were asking about where to start etc. Then she cut the time from 3 to 2 hours. After being on hold for 10 min. while we were IN the kyak, they agreed to the original time of 3 hours. When we came to return the kyaks, the lady attendant checked the kyaks after 25 min. as she claimed that she could not leave her office despite there being another attendant there with her. She finally checked everything which took only 5 minutes. TODAY I received an email that they found a damaged paddle & they have charged me $84 on my VISA!!! This is despite the fact that the equipment was checked on site!!!
Beware of this rental place!!!! Squamish Watersports has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and will do anything to RIPP OFF customers BY time & $$$!!!

I an awesome time with Aerial Kitesurfing! I had done some kiting a long time ago and was looking to get back into it and the team were really helpful. They gave me lots of different lesson options and were more than happy to answer my many questions. We had Dan as our instructor and he was awesome. I went with a friend of mine who was a beginner and we learned all the skill and theory we needed to but did so on the water which was way more proactive than the way I was taught in the past! Highly recommend grabbing a lesson with these guys.

Had an awesome time taking lessons with both Dan and Zach! Both of them made the experience so smooth and fun. Both prioritized safety and progression which got myself up and riding confidently very quickly. I would definitely recommend anyone to take their lessons with Aerial kiteboarding! Looking forward to eventually going back for the advanced lessons. I did have solo lessons but I’m sure doing it with a group would be just as fun! Very laid back and welcoming atmosphere at this location.
