Went for a visit today, great walking trail. Took a break and let our dog run in the Off Leash Dog Park. Great water pump here for the watering bowl. Lots of people and dogs and children. Straight up hill from the bottom to the...More

This is a great running workout. Can rip through it in under an hour round trip if you are out early. Awesome run on gloomy rainy days I find. Can do it 4 times a day if you choose no cost of gondolas. Be out...More

If you live in the tri-cities you may have heard about the Coquitlam Crunch trail ~ or we call it the mini-Grouse Grind. It is tucked under the powerlines closeby Eagle Ridge and only takes approx. 30 mins to hike but it has a nice...More

Coquitlam's Groise Grind! A great path up the mountain in the middle of the city with challenge your fitness. Runners and walkers alike will like it. Keep an eye for deers, owls and more.

You could workout on the trail or walk along the trail. Lovely flowers and open spaces along the sides. The many steps can be daunting for some. We enjoyed the walk with friends. Some use it as training or workouts. The lovely weather helps.

It's not the Grouse Grind but it's a more manageable climb. The clearing along the power lines makes for a great viewpoint all along the route.
