Madhur temple famous as Madhur Ganapathi temple situated in kasargod district of kerala. Around 6 km from city. River flows nxt to the temple. Temple's main deity is madanteshwara. Temple architecture resembles back of an elephant. (Gajaprishta type)

The temple is undergoing renovation. A board at the entrance declares the funds needed and seeks donations. Nothing particularly wrong with that but not sure why devotees or visitors would walk in when there is so much rubble around. We didn’t get to go inside...More

One of the most popular temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and Lord Ganesha, the square complex houses many small temples all built in typical Madhur style with copper roofing. A place to spend time for the spiritually bended minds.

A temple with powerful Vinayaka as its deity. The architecture is amazing and lord is powerful. Must visit if you are visiting Kasaragod.

Really divine! Very much Orthodox but really traditional, this how temples should be and temple of Madhur gives that feeling...the architecture is unique and prasadam of uniappam or fresh mix of avalakki, jagarry and black til with fresh dried coconut just divine
