Takes about 45 mins, not too much to see on the way but beautiful views from the top. Good opportunity for photos and views of the beach and island

Lots of different track options up and around the mount, with a few side tracks. Different things to look at no matter where you go. 25 min straight to the top, about 45 minutes around. When exploring on the rocks around the Mount you may...More

Climbed the Mount to see the views and wasn't disappointed. The climb is achievable by most levels of fitness and well worth doing.

Such a great view and hike. Do yourself the favor and hike it for sunrise. Simply breath taking :) It isn't the easiest hike up, so give yourself a bit of extra time, but worth every step :)

The walk is tough whichever side you choose to go up - steep paths or steps. It is totally worth it though. The views from the top are phenomenal. Even better - it is all free. You can go up and down a number of...More

You van walk the base track a easy comfortable walk in less then 60 min. Alternative tracks to the summit -The shortest involving lots of stairs, guesstimate 500, and take about 20-25 min. , if you are reasonably fit. The breathtaking views from the top...More

Been one of my highlights while visiting the city. A short hike of easy difficulty up to the peak, gorgeous views of the city and the surrounding sea. Would do it again without hesitation!

Absolutely worth it for the fantastic views at the top! We decide to walk to the summit via the 4wd track. It is quite a steep climb so took advantage of the spectacular viewing spots along the way to take some photos. Highly advise you...More

Enjoyable walk around the summit. Spectacular views. Plenty of places to eat at the end of the track or in the main shopping area nearby.

We are in our 60’s and find it takes us about 3/4 hour or so. There are some undulations. Plenty of benches to stop along the way. Is very scenic. However, due to a slippage there is now a diversion - up/down some deep... More

You could go up and down in an hour and a half perhaps? Maybe quicker if not too hot and you are fit.

The one to the left is shorter but harder with a lot of stairs, the path to the right is a lot longer with not as many stairs but slopes. It just depends how you find walks :)
