I you intend to visit Kefar Tavor, you must plan to climb (by car or by foot) to the pick of the mount to visit the church. However, please check the opening hours, since it is closed by noon for 2-3 hours.

This is a Church all Christians should go because of the religious significance. But the location of the Church is very nice, and the views are very impressive.

The journey up to the top of Mount Tabor is an interesting one and not for the feint hearted. Very steep and incredibly tight hairpin bends, you are allowed only reach the top by special mini bus. Once there the views are excellent. Then you...More
