For several decades I had waited to go on this tour, and when I finally made it was not disappointed. Due to the sheer number of tunnels a guide led tour is the only way to go and preferable to the usual walk around push...More

I was one of the 16 people ianaedwards555 review is referring to!! It was disgusting...how we were not only left, but the lack of remorse shown afterwards, 45 mins of eventually finding our own way out and confronting our ‘tour guide’- to find him smirking...More

I visited last Saturday and would definitely go again. Such an interesting place, mixing legend, history and nature. The tour guide was excellent. Highly recommended.

Our guide left 16 people with kids down the caves and didn't realise... NEED I SAY MORE. I don't normally put negative reviews and actually like the caves, plus I have done chislehurst caves before, and love the history. The one mark review is for...More

Honestly one of the best school trips I’ve ever been on! The children could link the caves to many parts of the curriculum (obviously for the most part the war). The guided tour was quite scary so I would say it is probably not appropriate...More

Took our family for half term to the Chislehurst Caves. I had never heard of the attraction before but came across it in an alternative things to do near London list. The tunnels really take you back to what life was like during WW2 and...More

I'd never heard of the caves and a friend suggested we visit. We went with 4 adults and 4 children ranging from 10 to 13. The younger ones found it hard going and didn't like the smell in the caves. As an adult I found...More

Been wanting to visit Chislehurst Caves for ages as my friend lives close by. We visited on Sunday and it was really busy. They accommodated the amount of visitors well and put on a tour every half an hour to manage it. What a great...More

Chislehurst Caves was really quite something. We arrived after a short train ride from London's Charing Cross Station. It was a short walk from the station. Our guide was very informative and told us the story of this 22 miles of pathways. It is from...More

I agree with the last comment. It’s quite big down there. It wasn’t crowded when we went at the end of the day. There is a part where the lights are turned out to show the sound levels.

Pretty sure you can't take your dog on the tour. I wouldn't even if you could, it would be really easy to loose him in the 16km of tunnels down there!! 🐶
