Small island known for producing intricate lace products from table cloths to blouses. The houses painted in vivid, bright colors bring sunshine to this small island even during overcast days.

Brightly coloured fisherman's houses, so beautiful. A lot quieter paced than venice which I loved, spent hours wandering this tiny village, enjoying a coffee it felt so relaxed compared to Venice.

This trip to Burano was the highlight of my recent Venice trip. An absolute beauty spot with welcoming locals who know that their livelihood depends on it. Not to be missed

Burano is utterly charming and can be walked around in just a couple of hours. At Tre Ponti take a few moments to enjoy the most gorgeous views of canals, boats and brightly coloured homes from an elevated position. Amazingly beautiful.

Burano is definitely worth a visit - it’s like a miniature version of Venice but with its own distinct character with the multi colored houses. Easy to get ther with number 12 boat

Our visit to Burano led up to the Tre Ponte area, reputed to be the most picturesque area in Burano - & it was certainly colorful and pleasant. Many brightly painted buildings, canals with small boats, shops, bars, restaurants and attractions. Enjoyable!
