We decided to do the full traverse which included Camp Site, Rockies, Summit (930m) and the Grotto which was P800 with mandatory guide (thanks Nathan!). We were told it would be about 6hrs but did it easily in 5. The climb to the Camp Site is probable the most difficult on the whole mountain. It would be quite taxing for... More

This is a good place for beginners and for those who's fond of nice view. Tip: kung magttraverse kayo Simulan nyo umakyat sa groto bago sa rockies so hindi nyo na kailangan magrappel, mas madali sya.

I highly recommend this for beginners, best if you'll do a night trek as the view of sunrise at the peak is awesome! You also get a view if Taal Volcano and Taal Lakee from the other side (I always get a view of Taal from Tagaytay). Day hike will be fine too. The camp site is clean. Be careful... More

This was fun for us....not too difficult to climb to the crosses but well worth the day outing. They do have camping and other activities.

This is a really lovely walk. I got a jeepney from Lipa City to the little town where the walk starts. Then I walked (you can tricycle taxi) towards where Google maps said the start was. Along the way there is a stall (looks a bit dodgy as not sign posted/official looking) where you pay your 20pesos entry fee and... More

Mountain was not so hard to climb if you are ehm more of really physically fit. The only challenge i guess is that its literally high and that you need to hold on and depend to all the twigs around so you can climb up. Upon reaching the rockies! gosh! I just can't stop staring at the serene view! It... More
