This is one of the rarest sanctuaries where private cars are allowed to drive through the forest. We had been here during our Belpahari tour. The roads are very good, small cars can go easily. Sighted Dalma elephants on way.

Its really a good place for the nature lovers . One may visit for a day or can prefer to stay there overnight . In winter the level of Cold is very high still than night is very much enjoyable in the hills .

Its a beautiful jungle with wide variety of wild animals and plants. The woods is calm and serene with mystic winds. The lake is out of this world. Must visit for wildlife enthusiasts. And also for those who love nature.

Not sure if you can point out anything more than elephants or deer but the feel of dense forest and adventure is at the heights.

No online booking is done. You need to call up the Odissa forest deptt or contact the mediator. We did it via Mr. Manoranjan, tour organizer. Also outside car can be taken but needs permit to enter the forest.
