We ended up not going because it’s an illegal development.
We were considering visiting but found an article from a local paper explaining that this concerns an illegal development. I could not post a link to the article because of tripadvisor policy, but please search for it by googling Palawan news Pukaway cave. I would recommend you read it so you can make an informed decision on whether you want to visit.

It's a little-known place in CORON ISLAND, right next to Kayagan Lake; it is a cave managed by a private owner, who opened it to the public very recently. Access is a little difficult, but the interior is magnificent. You can swim in the indoor lake, the water is crystal clear and warm! It looks like a Mexican cenote! It’s absolutely a must do!
