Mount Isogro an active volcano and national part. A beautiful mountain all lush green. A beautiful road trip. Good Scenery.

Island hopping in Caramoan

Palawan gets all the publicity in the Philippines but Caramoan, in Luzon, offers the same thrilling island hopping trip with incredible rock formations, much smaller crowds of mostly Filipinos, with excellence snorkeling and wonderful beaches to lounge around in. I highly recommend it.

Caramoan Summer Trip

Booked on a travel agency since i travel solo,3D2N. There was a family wd 3 kids who were kind to include me n a barkada group wd bad attitudes.very bastos n nasty mode.

- the road trip was long,when u reach Presentacion town,b ready for sharp curves/zigzag roads.altho cemented, the roads r steep cuz u r travelling @ d foot of d mountain,expect shallow n deep ravines on one side.
So far, d travel agency was dsorganized,we were packed like sardines during d trip,back/forth.I was picked up after 5 hrs (1 am) cuz my city is on d way to Caramoan.I nearly backed out.
-we had a nearly fatal van accident,d left wheel came off cuz d driver doesnt know how to drive.we were thrown
like ragdolls every curve of d road.
- the boat hired stalled in d sea twice.
But Caramoan have great islands,very pristine,powdery sands.
The hotel was clean,nice.but d walls r thin,u can hear noise in d nxt room.
Lastly, carinderia food mode for meals included in d package.
But d lunch on d island hopping was okey. Grilled porkchop,chicken n grilled tulingan.
These experiences r part n parcel of travelling...was thankful to go home safe n alive.
Trial n error is what u get fr travel agencies..some give good services,some r worst. Well what else is new.
