Great afternoon tasting
Mar 2021 • Couples
We did an afternoon tasting at Jezreel Valley winery. 10 wines and a cheese platter. The wines were very nice and we bought several bottles. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and generous. There was both covered and uncovered outdoor seating so the day's rain was not an issue. Definitely worth a visit for anyone who likes wine and even for those just looking for a nice afternoon out.

Relax and Enjoy
Oct 2019
Were not able to tour, but got some explanations from Tom the Visitor's Center Manager. We signed for wine tasting that comes with a plate of several type of cheese, some fruits nuts and almonds. The winery is using some unique type of grapes such as Carignan and Argaman. We got to taste five or six different red wines up to the point we asked for some coffee to overcome...The wine taste really nice, yet, rather expensive. Suggest to check if when visiting, they have an event of smoked beef, because we prefer cheese

Distinctive Israeli wine
Sep 2019 • Couples
We scheduled a tour, tasting with cheese plate at 11:00 Saturday. A very enjoyable experience. The tasting was not rushed, so we didn’t feel fueled on alcohol when we drove off. We met the owner, who gave up a few minutes of his busy schedule. The tour was given to us by a woman who spoke good English and had good wine knowledge. They specialize in the grapes that do well in the warmer Israeli climate: Carignan and Argaman reds.
We thought these wines at this winery were better than the reds we had at any of the restaurants we went to on our trip. Especially enjoyed the bottle of Argaman we bought looking out at the beach at Tel Aviv from our lanai at sun set the next day.
We had our tour on Shabbat.

Great story trying to differentiate themselves from other wineries in Israel by concentrating on Israeli grapes.

Great wine, lovely winery to visit
Nov 2018 • Friends
Jezreel Valley is a relatively young winery, which makes the high quality of their wine, and their generous hospitality even more impressive than expected. Their wine is consistently excellent, and visits to their tasting room is truly enjoyable. The team is friendly and knowledgeable, their enthusiasm is reflected in their products. Highly recommended!

Our First Visit to the Jezreel Valley Winery in Hanaton
Jan 2018
This morning we drove up from the coastal plain of Israel to the North of the stunningly beautiful Jezreel Valley to visit the Jezreel Valley Winery for the first time. Although we prided ourselves on knowing most of the wineries in Israel this is one gem that, up until now, we had missed!
The scenery in this area of Israel is so very beautiful.
We received a warm welcome from Tom, having made an appointment to visit. She gave us a tour and explained about the exclusively "Israeli" grapes that were being used in their wines.
All the wines we tasted were delicious and ended up with our car boot loaded with bottles of Levanim (White) and Carignan (Red) plus one bottle of sparking wine called Pet Nat to keep cool for a special occasion.
The whole morning was most informative and we look forward to opening our first bottle of Carignan this evening.
Highly recommend a stop here if you are on your way to Lake Tiberias from the coast. Recommend phoning ahead though to ensure someone is there to welcome you and show you around. The Winery is Kosher and Vegan.
