Go to the parliament restaurant/dining room. It's amazing. Regal ambiance, great food, friendly and wonderful service, and surprisingly great prices. Check your coats first! (We got stopped by security. :))

Such a beautiful city. I was on a tour when we went by this lovely old Parliament building. Being in Quebec for the first time was such a thrill. I love this old town, so European in feeling and architecture.
