    What a beautiful historic building and area. We really enjoyed going down into the cliffside where the archeological digs are taking place. It was fascinating!

    To go up to the terrasse and Notre Dame you can get a funicular downtown. Bedtd

    It was the Thursday night when we were there... They were spectacular. I believe the rest of August is Thursdays and Saturday evenings. It started around 9:30pm or so.

    Top shape..walk.If not use bus,shuttle if cruse has one,taxi it is a short distance or finuclaire for the lift the rest is flat walking.
